YAML and JSON
YAML and JSON are different syntaxes. A file that is valid YAML is often invalid JSON, and the reverse is also true.
YAML formatter
Use the YAML formatter to format and validate YAML text. It does not check Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, or Docker Compose rules.
Conversion
The JSON workbench converts JSON to YAML and YAML to JSON with js-yaml. Conversion still requires the input to parse. It does not repair comments inside JSON.
